1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Otrify website and our custom swag fulfillment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our service.

2. Intellectual Property & Artwork

By uploading or submitting any designs, logos, or artwork to our platform, you warrant and represent that you own the rights to use such intellectual property. Otrify takes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from the artwork provided by the client.

3. Order Processing & Modifications

Our fulfillment network works extremely fast to process and print your custom orders. Once an order is placed and enters the production phase, it cannot be modified, changed, or canceled. Please ensure all addresses, sizes, and artwork details are accurate prior to checkout.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

We utilize a global network of premium fulfillment facilities to produce and ship your swag. Shipping times and production estimates displayed on our website are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside of our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Otrify, nor its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products.
