Due to the custom nature of our branded merchandise, we do not accept general returns. However, if there is a quality issue or an error on our part, we will replace the items free of charge. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view the live status of all your shipments directly from your Otrify Dashboard. Click here to track your orders.
You can request changes to your order up until you approve the final digital mockup. Once production begins, we are unable to make any changes to the design, quantity, or shipping method.
